VoNo conductor Lone Larsen and Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser Farsta, classes 8GH and 5GH, conductor Anna Smedendahl Rosén, participate.
The internationally acclaimed vocal ensemble VoNo collaborates with Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser in Farsta in a colorful performance with polyphonic choral music, poetry and improvisation. I am like many is about herd mentality, resistance and forbidden love. The performance premiered at Playhouse Teater in 2022 and has since been performed in concert halls and schools in Sweden and around Europe. Here we hear choral music by Ann-Sofi Söderqvist and Malin Hülphers, Stuart Beatch, Marie-Claire Saindon, Dominick DiOrio and Henrik Dahlgren – but also music created in the moment with the help of the audience’s own words and thoughts.

Adolf Fredriks Music Classes Farsta
Since 1939, Adolf Fredrik’s Music Classes has been a singing and choir school with quality, breadth and great reputation – both in Sweden and in the world. Today, we provide music education at a high national and international level. This means that the school’s students not only participate in the normal school work, but also in a developed music and concert activity that extends well beyond the classroom. All students at AF receive a solid education in choral singing based on a large and broad repertoire.
In the fall of 2015, Farsta elementary school Adolf Fredrik’s music classes were started to further spread access to music classes for musically talented students in Stockholm City. Adolf Fredrik’s music classes Norrmalm and Farsta have joint proficiency tests and the schools collaborate with concerts and in other projects. The years with us are characterized by unforgettable musical experiences in the meeting with the professional music life, students of different ages and choirs from other cultures.
