Located just 200 meters from the Grand Hôtel in central Stockholm, you will find the Eric Ericson Hall, formerly the Skeppsholm Church, which was de-Christianized in 2001. This iconic building sits on a hill with a stunning view of Stockholm Castle and Gamla Stan as a backdrop. With a free area of 600 sqm and an impressive ceiling height under the beautiful dome, Eric Ericsonhallen offers flexible possibilities for arranging everything from weddings, weddings and baptisms to large dinners, parties, conferences and mini fairs.
As well as being a venue for private events and conferences, Eric Ericsonhallen is a central part of Stockholm’s cultural life. The venue is regularly used for concerts, cultural events and festivals, making it a sought-after venue for musicians and audiences alike. With its Steinway D grand piano and high-quality microphones for both vocals and instruments, the conditions are perfect for creating unforgettable experiences.

Eric Ericsonhallen offers one of central Stockholm’s most attractive locations, making it an ideal venue for events that require that little extra. The venue has an area of 600 square meters and can accommodate up to 430 seated guests or 500 guests for mingling, making it suitable for both large and small events. Here you can organize everything from banquets and mingle parties to conferences, kickoffs, weddings, fairs and concerts.
Eric Ericsonhallen has hosted a variety of prestigious and successful events over the years. Some examples include dinners for Nobel Laureates, fashion shows, the Swedish Music Hall of Fame, White Guide Café and Tendensdagen 2016. Even the Swedish government chose Eric Ericsonhallen for a dinner in honor of the wedding of the Crown Princess.

The Eric Ericson Hall is the perfect venue for both civil and religious weddings and wedding dinners. The venue offers a majestic atmosphere without religious ties, giving you full freedom to create a personal and unique ceremony.
With capacity for up to 430 seated guests or 400 diners, we offer the technology you need, such as lights, sound, grand piano and organ. Additional services such as officiants and additional technology can be arranged by our partners.
Weddings and wedding parties
Weddings: Available on Saturdays until 14:00.
Wedding party: We customize the party and offer complete solutions with food, drinks, furniture and staff. Own catering is not allowed.
Funerals and memorial services
We offer tailor-made arrangements for memorial services.

Book Eric Ericsonhallen for a concert
The Eric Ericson Hall is an excellent concert venue with adjustable acoustics suitable for genres such as choir and orchestra, opera, jazz, pop and folk music. Thanks to our acoustic chandelier and sound-absorbing curtains, the reverberation can be adjusted from 2.5 to 5 seconds, and with an audience it decreases further. The venue can accommodate up to 550 people, with seating for up to 420 guests.
For performers, there is a dressing room for about 40 people, and the two side stands can also be used. The Eric Ericson Hall is equipped with a Steinway D grand piano and has a limited number of quality microphones for speech, vocals and instruments.
Cultural events
We offer bookings for cultural events on Sundays to Tuesdays for half day or full day. Wednesday to Saturday the venue can be hired for full days. Remember to book piano and organ tuning well in advance if needed.
