The house is an old, newly renovated industrial building whose oldest parts date from the 1880s.
The venue is suitable for parties, conferences, courses and concerts. The banquet hall is newly renovated, airy and bright with windows in two directions. A room with a bar, an entrance hall is included in the rent. The entrance is located almost directly on the quay, and there you have your own terrace with the opportunity to mingle, the view of the water and Strandvägen on the other side is unbeatable!
There is also access to a projector and a simple sound system.

Food & drink can be booked through us - our skilled suppliers offer ready-made menus and the possibility of tailor-made dinners. We will also organize a payable after-dinner drink if desired.
Entertainment
We are happy to help with this, as we have no neighbors, you can keep the dance floor going until the wee hours.
